Clear Direction of Career and Life Pathway
Over the past three years, I have grown to love the world of business. I started the program wanting to go to the medical field, specifically, Psychiatry. However, being exposed to the business environment and working with project partners and real life business scenarios, I realized that I could still have a positive impact on people. Although I may not be helping people mentally, I can still help address their needs.

For example, we use Design Thinking to be able to empathize and understand the customer and realize what they truly need. We can use data analytics to fully understand the extensiveness and/or reasonings of those needs and bring importance to them by being able to decode our data into messages that can be easily understood. And lastly, we can use project management to fully execute a plan to address those needs in a way that is direct and effective.
Overall, we can use what we have learned in the PDA program to truly make a positive impact on the community.
