Solution: People can Use the Sam’s Club Gifting Platform to Send Gifts to Other People’s Pets.
Sam’s Club could use the same gifting platform I discussed here (Boozy Boxes) to allow people to purchase and send a gift to someone else or their pets. They can set dates, colors, and toy assortments in advance on the platform so they don't have to worry about forgetting to prepare a gift. After the gift has been chosen (with either party having the option to), it would be sent to the delivery address placed. Additionally, every single step in this gifting process is done online.

Results:
Feedback from the Director of Innovation: The idea to expand the scope of our boozy boxes came from the Director of Innovation. After presenting our boozy boxes to him and his team, he told us that this had the opportunity to be expanded in to many more categories. From there, we discussed how this could be applied to pets as well.
