5. Sam’s Club has Monthly On-Site Vet Visits
Pain Point: Some pet owners skip vet visits due to a lack of time and money.
Insights: How Might We tend to both the pet owner and their pet’s needs at the same time?
Solution: Sam’s Club Places an Outside Vet Clinic where Members can get a Yearly Exam for their Pets.
Sam’s Club could open an outside clinic for an exclusive time each month to help pet owners get their yearly vet checkups in. In the meantime, pet owners could get their weekly shopping done. This is an effective way for pet owners to kill two birds with one stone. This service could be an extra benefit for people who purchase an add-on to their Sam's Club membership.

This storyboard showcases the process:
Sam’s Club could add pop-up clinics to their stores and be able to address around 68% of their consumers. source
Who, What, Wow:
You only have one hour but you need to take your dog to the vet and do groceries.
Luckily, Sam's Club has a pop-up clinic for the week so you take your dog there.
With the pop-up clinic, you were able to do both in an hour!
Results:
This idea did not make it up to the final ranks so I passed it through the 6 thinking hats.
Quick Overview
Yellow Hat: It is an effective way for owners to prioritize their pet’s health and their weekly groceries.
Black Hat: Revenue would only be optimal if they had a permanent clinic for all days of the month.
Green Hat: It would be better if Sam’s Club partnered with these types of services (TheVets and ShotVet).
